😴💤 Our sleep cycles got a bit out of whack & this helped reset our circadian rhythm! We took magnesium and melatonin at night & started winding down earlier… then in the morning we used the Lumebox for some light therapy! It worked sooo well & we were able to get back into a healthy sleep/wake cycle! Sleep is so important and really the foundation for much of our health & healing!
If we have any pain and/or inflammation, it helps so much! Cramps, headaches, joint pain… we are grandparents and we get to hang out with one of our little grandsons a few days a week & let me tell you we feel it! 😂
⛷️😣 I’ve got some knee issues that I’ve dealt with since being an avid skier in my younger years, plus some other injuries… I was going to my chiropractor for near-infrared light therapy & now I can just do it at home and as frequently as I want to!
Gut health… any uncomfortableness, digestive stuff, etc… this provides much needed comfort and relief to gut issues. 😌
